All your bookings are visible in the "Bookings" section of your partner dashboard. You can view details, confirm bookings, check guests in/out, and communicate with guests directly through the platform.
Yes, you can cancel bookings from your dashboard. However, please review our cancellation policy as frequent cancellations may affect your property rating and ranking.
To list your property, log in to your partner dashboard and click on "Add New Property". Fill in all the required details including property information, photos, pricing, and policies. Once submitted, our team will verify your property within 24-48 hours.
You will need: 1) Property registration document or lease agreement, 2) Owner/Manager ID proof (PAN card, Aadhar, etc.), 3) Bank account details for payouts, 4) GST certificate (if applicable), 5) Recent property photos.
Payments are processed and credited to your registered bank account within 5-7 business days after guest check-out. You can track all your earnings in the "Payments" section of your partner dashboard.
iNNjOi charges a 20% commission on the booking amount (excluding GST). This covers platform fees, marketing, and customer support. Detailed commission breakdown is available in your partner dashboard.
