How do I make a booking?

Simply search for your desired destination, select dates, choose a property that meets your safety preferences, and click "Book Now". Follow the payment instructions to confirm your stay.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with your booking details and confirmation number. You can also view all bookings in your account dashboard.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes, you can. Please ensure you have their consent to share their personal information and that the guest carrying the ID matches the name on the booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and digital wallets.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We use TLS encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your security is our priority.

Do you charge any booking fees?

Any applicable service fees or taxes are displayed clearly before you confirm your booking. There are no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

How do I cancel a booking?

Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings", select the booking you wish to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking". You can also contact our support team for assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property. Each property's cancellation policy is displayed on the booking page before you confirm. We recommend reviewing it carefully, especially for women-specific safety bookings.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation approval, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

What documents do I need for check-in?

You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) for all guests. As a women-focused platform, we ensure all properties follow strict identity verification.

What are standard check-in/check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, depending on the property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.

Are female-only rooms available?

Yes! Many of our partner properties offer female-only floors or rooms with enhanced security features including female staff, secure access, and 24/7 surveillance.

Are there female staff members?

We encourage all partner properties to have female staff available, especially at reception and housekeeping. This information is clearly mentioned in property details.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password securely.

The website is not loading properly.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, try a different browser or contact our support team.

I didn't receive my confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, log in to your account - all your bookings are visible there. You can also request a resend from the booking details page.
