Welcome to innjoi.com (the "Platform"), operated by Innjoi ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Platform to book stays (hotels, homestays, villas, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

We provide an online marketplace that connects you with accommodation providers. We are not a hotel or property owner ourselves.

1. Our Role as a Platform

innjoi.com acts solely as a technology intermediary ("Online Marketplace") that facilitates bookings between you (the "User") and independent accommodation providers ("Property Providers" such as hotels, homestays, villa owners). All stays are provided by independent third parties, not by us. We do not own, manage, or control any properties listed on our Platform.

2. Booking and Contract

When you make a booking on innjoi.com, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the Property Provider. The confirmation email you receive constitutes our confirmation that your booking request has been accepted by the Property Provider. The terms and conditions of the Property Provider, including their cancellation and refund policies, will apply to your stay. We encourage you to review these policies before booking.

3. Accuracy of Information

All information displayed on the Platform regarding properties, including descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, and policies, is provided by the Property Providers. While we aim to ensure a high standard of quality, we do not guarantee that all information is completely accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided by third parties.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed generally include the base price and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We use third-party payment gateways to process payments securely. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. A booking is confirmed only after we have successfully received the full payment and sent you a confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by each Property Provider and are displayed on the property page before you book. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to that policy and may take several business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Check-in: You must carry a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) for check-in, as required by the property or local laws.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to book a stay and to check-in.
• Conduct: You agree to respect the property rules and are responsible for any damages caused during your stay.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innjoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) the conduct or services of any Property Provider; (iii) any disputes between you and any Property Provider. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Innjoi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including Property Providers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
